6 weeks some blood

hi guys i am 6 weeks preggers and started spotting light pink this afternoon when i would wipe. It stopped, this evening bright red when i wiped ans now gone. Anyone know what could be going on? I took a home preg test around 1 today before spotting started and line was VERY strong. Some answers please

I've just been going through this myself, the weekend I had the same and rang 111, waiting half an half hours to be told it will be fine. The bleeding didn't stop so I booked an emergency appointment at my GP he then referred me to my EPAC (early pregnancy) at the hospital where I had an immediate appointment to have an early scan, because there was a worry it may have been Eptopic. - because nothing was clear enough on the scan I have another one next week. So at this stage I am still pregnant but it could change. - my advice get hold of your GP and see what they say I am so pleased with the service I got yesterday! I hope everything is okay for you x

Some slight bleeding can be normal, as I kept being told, but I couldn't relax and I needed to know, and I'm so glad I followed my gut because it's got me getting help, I hope everything is okay with you also
