Hi everyone I'm 10+2 and started to get stabbing pains in my abdominal area. Just wondered when was the best time to seek medical advice as I haven't got any bleeding. I appreciate all the help

I'm 16weeks+2 and iv got them all the way through my pregnancy so far yesterday was the worst iv had them, but it's all due to your organs and things moving around in side so it's nothing to worry about Hun I got worried and asked my midwife and she said their all fine unless you get blood which you need to seek medical attention right away. If your still getting these pains by the time your past 20 weeks then yes make sure you inform your midwife but until then you'll be fine Hun just try not to worry (I know easy said than done). 😊

I've had stabbing pains and just been told that its stretching. All usual scans have been fine and no blood. I'm going with no blood all is good!

Speak to someone any time you are concerned your doctor and midwife are just a phone call away x

I had that around 14 weeks. I rang NHS 111 and was advised to go to A&E. The cause was round ligament pain caused by sudden growth of the uterus. I don't think you should wait. Seek medical advice asap.
