Bleeding is fairly common in the first trimester, but always worth checking out. Are you due your 12 week scan soon? If not get in touch with your gp/early pregnancy unit

How much bleeding have you had and is it pinkish/brown or red? As others have said I'd call your midwife and get it checked out just to be on the safe side.

I had 2 bleeds - one at 7 and one at 8 weeks, both were pinkish brown in colour and not much, but it is scary when it happens. As long as it's not a lot and not accompanied by period like pains you'll probably be okay but just for piece of mind you will get booked in for a scan to make sure baby is doing well and there's no other problems.

I'm 31 weeks now after having bleeds in both my 1st and 3rd trimester, sometimes it just happens - especially if your cervix is quite sensitive; even little knocks can cause a little bleed. Hope that helps x

Go get checked out. You don't always get cramps with a MC. Best to think it's the worst and get checked than think you're fine and put it off.

I bled once in about week 7/8 after sex. It was a small amount of blood. Could this be the explanation for you too? I haven't bled since, even when having sex (not that I'm feeling much like it recently!)

As the others say, going to your early pregnancy unit could be a good call/calling the midwife and talking it through. In my experience they are better point of contact than your GP for pregnancy related stuff.
