My little girl is 13 days old this morning she vomited. I think she over drank and I am breastfeeding. Since than I am really worried about her if she alright since than she didn’t vomit did only gage once. Her head , hand and legs are warm but rest of body is seem fine. I check her chest is fine. I don’t have thermometer at home one thing forget to buy. Now I am just worrying or it’s over thinking not sure. First baby so I guess it natural to happen :(

What temperature is your room at? My house is always cold and is over 20 deg. At the moment.. do you think she has too much on? If you're comfy with a t shirt indoors 3 layers on baby might be too much.

Also I wouldn't be too worried about one vomit if she's back to normal. However that said you are with and you can see how she is, so if you need reassurance that's fine too

Downstairs is 20 but in my room 24C which is quite warm so I left with baby grow removed her vest than she was fine. Yh it was one off vomit becz she over drank. After her head was warm but rest of the body was fine.

It’s normal for babies to be sick after a feed, it’s usually just the fact they’ve had a little too much. My son did it and the midwife said to just reduce how much he was having (bottle fed so it was easier to be able to do that) and that they rarely bring up a whole feed it just looks more than it is. The main time to worry is when they have a high temp, not feeding, not having wet nappies, not settling at all... don’t worry too much, just have plenty of muslins and wipes around to mop up. Xx
