Sweating 8 month old

Hi my 8 month has been sweating for a couple of days when I do her temp it's 36.4 but feel warm to touch. I sent my fella a photo and he asked if she'd been out in the rain, she's wet thru when she wakes up. She's not off her food and drink. I know she's teething but Is this normal? Thanks in advance

Is she overdressed or is a very warm room? Would you feel

Hot if you were wearing the same amount of clothing? If not then worth seeing your gp. Being wet through with sweat is not normal (unless too hot) not even for an adult

She's just in tshirt and leggings.

Just done temp again and it's 36.2.

Room temp is 21 according to baby monitor. I'm also dressed in legging and tshirt and I feel ok

Hi id suggest making an appointment with the gp as shes at risk of dehydration if it continues xx
