I luckily never had sickness but everyone around me that did, wore sickness bands which said helped. Ginger is meant to help too. That's pretty much all I can suggest but pretty sure there are more ideas out there 👍

Never get up on an empty stomach! Have some nuts or crackers by your bed and snack on then before you get up. Graze during the day, try smaller meals and healthy snacks rather than three big meals. The sickness bands took the edge off for a few weeks but then either the sickness got worse or they didn't help anymore! I hope that helps a bit. I also found avoiding strong flavours helped. With my son is went off strong flavours the whole way through but this time I could eat them again after 13 weeks!! Good luck!! X

Before you get out of bed in the morning eat something small like a ginger biscuit or cracker. This helped me in the early stages. Also I had 6 smaller meal portions throughout the day rather than 3 standard ones.

I agree that you should try to eat small meals regularly and avoid large meals. Try to have something with carbs at every meal which will help to soak up excess stomach acid. I found that drinking sparkling water really helped me and try to drink plenty of fluids. I hope that helps a little.

Avoid smells that make you sick and don't force yourself to eat anything you don't like. Just eat simple foods like sandwiches, crackers or toasts. Avoid chilli or anything strongly flavoured for now x
