Hi, I'm 6/7 weeks pregnant and I've had quite bad morning sickness the past week or so but yesterday I didn't feel too bad and today I don't really feel any sickness, I also had a miscarriage a year ago, I've tried to get into the doctors but they have told me I have to wait another 3 weeks to see my midwife

Avoid foods/ smells that make you feel sick. Don't force yourself to eat but try to stay hydrated. Just because you miscarried last year, it doesn't mean you will now. Please try not to worry. Just wait until your 8/9 week booking appointment with midwife xx

Bad morning sickness is one of the major rituals of pregnancy... so do not worry. You may increase your fluids intake though.

Do take care.Everything is going to be alright.

You don't actually need to be sick for your baby to be ok!

I was severely sick at the start to the point where i was stuck in hospital for a few days on drips from dehydration! I was given anti sickness medication but they always said baby can survive with you not eating in the early stages - as long as your keeping liquids down! x
