Measles rash after the MMR vaccine

My little boy has got the measles type rash after the MMR vaccine. It's all over his body and he's had it since Saturday. Has anyone else experienced this and know how long it stays for? He's also vomited twice in the pass 12 hours but I'm assuming this is a bug and not connected. Thanks

My son got this but only on his stomach. He also had a reaction to another jab, where the injection site had a rash the size of a large orange. I took him to the gp who said it was a normal reaction but if it continued to get bigger they would give him antibiotics.

If the rash is every where and he's being sick I would probably take him to get checked out by dr
