5 weeks pregnant and nervous

Hi everyone, recently found out I'm pregnant and very worried as had 3 miscarriages about 4 yrs ago and this has come out of the blue, I have a mid wife appointment on 27/4 and it seems like a life time away, getting dull lower pains but other than that fingers crossed all is well.

Stress and worriness might affect us and it's normal to get worry but try not to think too much. I feel the same way but I need to convert myself to avoid stress. Goodluck to us :)

Just do everything right and don't blame yourself. Avoid alcohol and tobacco, eat healthy, take folic acid supplements. As you've had 4 miscarriages, your GP should have investigated cause of miscarriages. Maybe you could ask your GP. Good luck x
