Treatment of baby acne

Hi,

My 4 week old has bad baby acne on his face.

Is there something that I can put on it as it is quite bad?

My son had terrible acne when he was a few weeks old. I was told it was normal and it would disappear which it did. I was told to leave it to go on its own. Now I hardly remember it happening other than looking at the photos where he looked really spotty!

Breast milk if you are feeding that way and aveeno cream was recommended too.
