Confused as to who should be looking after me

I was admitted to A&E last week at 13 weeks pregnant as I could not empty my bladder. I was given a catheter and referred to urology a few days later, where I tried again but failed and still left with a catheter. A&E thought it was the baby lying low on my bladder but so far no one from Obstretics has seen me and my midwife dismissed the idea of a scan to see what is going on. I now feel lost and worried as worst case scenario is an incarcerated uterus.

What should I do?
