12 weeks today; but morning sickness fading off

i am 12 weeks pregnant by today. 5 days before i had an emergency scan because of my light pelvic bleeding. but scan shows healthy baby. now no more tiredness, or nausea. i feel increase in appetite. is this normal?

Completely normal - you are about the enter your second trimester and for the majority it's pregnancy honeymoon, you get hungry, more energy and the sickness subsides. I'm 20 weeks and feeling amazing! If the scan shows it's all ok I'm sure it is. Enjoy feeling better!

i had that :) i had a scan at 8 weeks privately and had bleeding really heavily at 9- 10 weeks all symptoms stopped when bleeding started panicked, however healthy heartbeat and symptoms stayed pretty much where they were, they never picked back up after that
