I stopped taking the pill two months ago and periods are all over, it took 6 weeks to have the initial withdraw bleed and now I'm day 32 and still no bleed, is this normal? When we tried for baby no 1 I fell straight away. I'm so worried that it's not going to happen 😳

You've only just stopped the pill... Give it some time, two months is not long at all. What sort of pill was it? The POP (progesterone only) can def make periods a mess!
Are you using ovulation strips? When you get your next period just start using them so you know where you are in your cycle. Defo helped me with my irregular cycle.
Yes the pill messes with your periods and ovulation it'll settle down eventually. I got pregnant with my son within a month of having sex with the dad and we weren't trying at all and used condoms. Was defo a shock! When decided to actually try to conceive my daughter it took us 8 months. I'd been on and off the pill as it made me ill and had the implant in my arm so took a while get back to normal but yeah 8 months. Now on baby number 3 and it happened within 6 months. It's crazy but it'll happen just try.not.to.worry. I found when I just enjoyed trying for a baby rather than keep a strict regime on having sex for baby making I got pregnant. I know the negative tests are infuriating waiting for a positive but it'll happen. Hope this helps x
Thank you. I think like you when you fall so easy with no 1 and it doesn't happen again it's hard not to immediately panic. The hubby and I had a good chat last night and we are looking to get away for a weekend and then a holiday with our boy in the sun for some fun. Like you say take the pressure off and enjoy.
It'll happen!! I came off the implant after 9 years in April and didn't have a period till June. I got pregnant straight after and I'm now nearly 12 weeks. Give your body time to regulate and don't stress! Can have lots of fun in the meantime trying!
