I am 6 weeks pregnant and want to start with Omega-3 tablets.

Hi, I think they recommend ones specially formulated for pregnancy. I take Minami MorDHA prenatal which have 80% omega-3, high DHA formula. It's very expensive but you get 2 months worth in the container. I get it in boots and it's normally on the 3 for 2 offer. Otherwise, you can get Pregnacare with Omega-3. You should be on a Prenatal vitamin anyway so maybe that would suit.
