Hi i've been on my period for 2 weeks now and now its turning brown. Sometimes my breast hurt and sometimes i get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. I just want to know whether i should go to the doctors or just wait for it to go off

These things can happen, periods are not always the same. I would wait if I was you and see if your next period is normal or not, then (if it is not) go to the doctors.
