17 weeks pregnant and numbness\tingling sensation in arms and hands

Hi there, I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have been getting a weird sensation of numbness/tingling in my left arm and hand and a little in my right arm too but not as much which I never got in my first pregnancy. I've also been getting pins and needles and cramping in my feet especially when I cross my legs. Is this something to worry about or just all down to being pregnant? I googled it and found carpol tunnel syndrome is common in pregnancy but that seems to just be in the hands where mine is my whole arm. I have the midwife a week tomorrow will I wait and just mention it to her?

I would ring the hospital straight away. It may be something they want to monitor, and it's better safe than sorry. X
