Stabbing pain at 17 weeks

Hi, this is my first pregnancy and Im a little worried. The past 2-3days I have been having stabbing pains going from my belly button traveling downwards. Im 17 weeks and just want to know if this.is anything to worry about? Thank younin advance for your help.

I'm 27 and had the same the other day. I went to get checked and at the end it was just muscular pain and a bit of an infection.

They also took a swop as it could indicate a bigger infection. They also mentioned it could be a sign of early labour.

I'd call the midwife, always better to be safe.

Thank you. Luckily I havent had any pains today so hopefully theyve gone
