BCG vaccination before flight journey

I have 6 weeks old boy. We will travel when he is around 12 weeks. Should we have BCG vaccination? If yes where a private clinic?

Ur child will get the bcg if u or ur partner r from certain countries. .did ur hv not giv u a list of all the immunisations they need and when. Call ur hv if u hav concerns as my friend who is frm the Philippines her daughter had it when born .

Asia and africa but ring and ask as their is obviously more but as babymother said where u live etc may hav a bearing on it

Ur not far from me I was told to get my son vaccinated so def check with ur health visitor

Thet did not tell me about it. Where will you have in a special clinic? how much is it?

If they haven't told u then u might not need it but ask anyway and no u dont pay!!

Certain areas are routinely given the bcg...they told me as i live near the airport babies who live near Heathrow airport are all vaccinated... so like ceribean said ring and speak to ur health visitor
