When is it safe to start taking raspberry leaf tea/capsule ?

This may sound "air-head" like but Ive actually heard of the stuff.

I knew about the raspberry leaf tea but I didn't know it comes in a capsule too

At my NHS classes I was told 37 weeks, but you should speak to your midwife first.

The tea you can start at 32 weeks. 1 cup a day building up to 3 cups a day.

I'm 33 weeks now and have started 1 a day I actually quite like the tea

I have no idea about the capsule though
