Am i pregnant for the first time after missing my period and getting symptoms too but i havent taken a test.

my lower stomach is feeling full im weeing more frequently , feeling sick but havent been sick and my breasts are tender and have changed shape a little bit . can anybody advise . thanks

The best way to find out for sure is to do a pregnancy test

Try getting the twin pack test from supermarkets like Asda or tesco & etc.... just in case your HGC hormone levels are a bit low to detect.
