Yep, wouldn't worry about dull aches or needling pains if I were you. If you start getting lots of blood (the odd bit of pink or brown is quite normal) or severe cramps then get to the early pregnancy unit.
Mind you I had terrible pains the other day and was terrified, but it was just trapped wind - glamorous, I know! Xx
