coming off the cerazette pill

Hi ive been on the cerazette pill for 9 months, ive recently come off it and ever since every morning I feel nauseous, headaches and tired even though ive slept well. I done a test and it came back negative! not sure if its a side effect for coming off it or what?!?!

Nearly any form of contraception we take is likley to give us side effects once stopped. Ive never taken cerazette but when i removed the contraception implant in October last year i felt extremely tired & a bit nauseous at times (even though i wasnt pregnant at that time) due to having a normal period. Im now 16wks pregnant though so i believe it can take a few weeks for your body to get /adjust back to normal.

If you havent had a period by the end of next week try taking another test as everyone is different.

When I came off the pill I went through dizzy spells when I was walking. I do think they give you side effects when you stop.

I came off cerazette just before Xmas and felt a bit nauseous etc however I think it takes a few weeks for your body to get back to normal. It only took me 6 weeks & I was pregnant though!

Hey, yeah I've been experienceing dizzy spells and all sorts! I already have a 3yr old daughter. But we would like to try for another. I didnt have any signs with my first child :/ . Good luck with your pregnancy abenaa, enjoy every moment xx
