A couple of weeks ago but she just said in my history I have signs of an irritable uterus and just said not to worry....just wondering if anyone has the same feeling
Tight uterus: Im 18 weeks today and I... - Pregnancy and Par...
Tight uterus
my uterus is always tight. i get strange tightening feelings past two days. got them this morning. yesterday morning i put them down to me stretching in the night. but its across either top of belly or below my belly button. and comes and goes throughout the day. feels like theres no where for it to stretch now. xx
Hiya.i was the same as you.my belly felt really hard/tight but never questioned my midwife about it.but now i'm 27weeks and my belly feels different, more soft i'd say.maybe your belly feels like this because baby is lying low?mine was always low on the right side but now i'm bigger i can even feel her near my belly button.i'm gonna ask my midwife about it on wedensday.hope you feeling better now xx
Mine is braxton hicks but too many...been checked over by hosp they said at this stage if I lost blood or cervix opened i could get a stitch put in but because I'm only 18 weeks nothing they can do really they contemplated keeping me in but as there is nothing they could do... just have to take it easy....and if they get stronger or more frequent then I've got to go back...just hoping it settles down
Sounds like irritable uterus if its painful too - I have had this most the pregnancy I am now 30w2d and it still happens . Often a sign that u need more water or need to relax for an hour or so. Xx
Def need to relax been majorally stressed recently! And not drinking as much as I was...thanks it had got me pretty spooked xx
An 'irritable uterus'? I have an irritable bowel! ...Perhaps your uterus and my bowels should meet up for a chat over some cake and see if they can put the world to rights
Yes do love a bit of cake
