Hi everyone. I had chemorad for cervical cancer a year ago and I now have this strange and incredibly annoying nerve pain in my pubic area and lower pelvis. It is driving me insane?!
Has anyone experienced this? If so, have you found anything to relieve it? I am picking up a tens machine to tommorrow to see if it helps.

Hi Ladyparts , I’m not sure if it’s the same but I get a lot of pain in my hips and pelvis which has been investigated and nothing has been found so I am starting to think it’s nerve pain. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and lower legs so it wouldn’t surprise me if the hip/pelvic pain was also nerve damage.
Yes, I think you're right. We forget that the treatment was intense and there are a lot of nerves in the field! I have hip pain too. Sorry to hear about the peripheral neuropathy. That started up in treatment for me, but luckily subsided
Hi there, I'm experiencing a very irritating vibration from my groin travelling up behind my right buttock - almost imagine it's a twang of an elastic band! It bothered me during the night 2 nights ago and now occurs frequently. I imagine it's something to do with pelvic muscle/nerves?
Nerve pain is so weird. I've gone weeks without it and then today my groin and left side of my lower pelvis are driving me insane! I used a tens machine this morning though and it seemed to help
