Hi. I take curcumin - partly in the form of Pomi-T - a food supplement that also includes extracts of broccoli, pomegranate and green tea - and as turmeric (in olive oil with black pepper to increase absorption) as part of my good health / recovery regime. Many (most?) of the benefits of lowering inflammation in the body won't be felt as such, but nevertheless it's a very important part in strengthening your body's fight against cancer and the health of your immune system.

Good morning, I've taken Curcumin for a few years now for the reported benefits in fighting prostate cancer. I also regularly eat homemade vegetable curries with turmeric, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil plus many other spices and herbs. I can't tell if it's the curcumin that has helped with my joint pains or the prostate cancer for that matter, but both these conditions are doing well. I'll never know which part of my diet and lifestyle is helpful as I've radically changed both. Take care folks.
