Hi all
It's been a beautiful day here but very icy on the roads so the first part of the walk I couldn't walk very fast but that didn't last long.
I walked 26,840 steps and I saw snow on Dartmoor.

Hi Alicia lovely pics, went shopping this morning and it was really cold and icy - quite scary, had my 1st covid vaccination though i'm pleased to say xxxx

It is scary, I was the same when I started my walk, the road was very icy fortunately it was only the one road that was bad.

Greetings: I wish I could transport myself into some of those lovely pictures 
. Please be careful on the icy roads. I do thank GOD for my treadmill :). I needed to lubricate the tread that was not moving well at all 
. Well I used the canola cooking spray successfully. I got in a great 40 minute cardio workout.🙂 Have a great day

Thank you. The ice has gone now, it's a lot milder here now.
The treadmill us my favourite piece of exercise equipment and a 40 minute workout is excellent 🙏👍🌈😊
