This is Leo he is an adorable rag doll rescue I have had him now for two years, some say he adds to my bad breathing but I don’t know what I would have done without him in this lockdown , he is just like a little dog follows me everywhere and I get lots of snuggles

Hi angie26. Wow, he is certainly a handsome chap with a very unusual eye colour. Good to know that he has been a great comfort to you during lockdown 😊😺

Aww angie, what a beautiful cat and he looks so loving. Has your GP said he's affecting your breathing - it might be something else, something you use in your house maybe? There are lots of things I can't use in the house as they affect my breathing, even most washing up liquids and fabric conditioners and soaps etc - I have to buy certain products to prevent it. x

Thank you I try to be careful with what I use but with copd and bronchi ecstasies my family think Leo must be an added irritation his fur is so soft and I groom him regularly

I have COPD too angie. Isn't there a test you can take to find out if it's the cat fur?

I suppose there must be I will enquire but gp won’t be interested I will need to find someone privately 🥴

If it is the fur, is there anything you could take to lessen the effect I wonder? I hate to say this but how about a dust mask?

Cute cat ❤️❤️❤️

Oh what an angel angie26! He's just adorable and I agree that, sometimes you just have to weigh up what benefits you'll gain from doing or having a particular thing, against the opposing risks, like a slightly worse medical condition. I'm sure he brings much extra joy and love into your life. Simply gorgeous!

Thank you he was only 9 months old and a really scaredy-cat when I got him don’t know how he was treated but I think it couldn’t have been good he was scared of his own shadow, not anymore though just now and again a loud noise will unsettle him

He's a handsome lad!

Does he get walked on a lead as our ginger tabby baby does!

Not too many treats but he does like them! He can be upstairs on my bed and as soon as I sit on the sofa he’s down to join me can’t imagine how he knows I have just sat down!!

They can sniff 😁
