Hi everyone hope you are enjoying the summer. I have a good friend I'm worried about and I won't go into it but I have been trying to help by talking and it seems I make it worse I know I have some of my own issues but as anyone got any ideas for me what I can try . Thanks Clive X 🤗

I think all that you can do when someone is reluctant to open up is be there for them and be patient, be ready to listen and advise whenever they need to talk, good luck Clive xx
From what you’re saying, I’d suggest taking caution if you try to push them into talking. Sometimes people just need their space and it’s not anything against you. Take it slow and steady If they don’t want to talk about something, you can always indirectly help them. Rather than focusing on whatever the issue is, you can shift your focus to offering words of support and encouragement. Even if they don’t talk, they can at least know that you care enough to be there and support them, and that is huge!!
I hope things turn out okay, best of luck
Just listen if they want to talk. Don't necessarily offer your opinion, (unless they ask,) and don't try to offer a solution. Give them lots of space and just let them know that you are there for them and that you won't judge them.Best of luck.

Hi I'm sorry about your friend I can only agree with the others comments or sugest they have cognitive therapy at least it will out the thought in there mind but it depends what it is if it's a health issue you could get some info on there condition I hope your friends ok soon try not to make there problem yours or you will make yourself too stressed and you need to be strong for you and your friend take care 🤗🌟🙏xxx
Can you be with this friend? People often find it easier to talk when walking side by side rather than making eye contact
