No of course it's not a negative to be quiet and passive. There are so many quiet unsung heroes of little ego in our world, but by their very nature they don't come to our attention. But I for one value them very much!

Great analogy! Yes, always try to focus on your strengths and work with those, rather than what society and constant pressures to fit within a perceived 'norm', would sometimes lead you to believe are your 'weaknesses' .
