I power walked around our village today for a change, nearly all of it on country road and some on pavements. We have a very steep hill where I live so I always challenge myself to walk up it as fast as I can but today I walked around our village 3 times so I walked up the steep hill 3 times as well.
When I'm on the treadmill in the gym I put it on an incline and powerwalk for 30 minutes so I've been trying to replicate that today. In total I walked 18,630 steps so I was happy with that and I wasn't out as long as I normally am.

Lovely photos looks as muddy as round here I think we may get snow but it often misses us all types of weather we don't seem to get it that bad as others think it's to do with been next to the river Humber but we get north wind strong luckily we miss the floods too for some strange reason it stops when we are on the brink exept for the tidal surges tho that's bad in town and right next to Humber I'm more in land, hope you sleep well sure you will after today I havnt been out only to my house up street not far twice and been on my sad light 2nd day in a row I'm tiredout lol sleep at nine and I got repetitive strain on my neck shoulders now hand from phone been on here I'll have to cut right back again ☹️night night 🛌🌝🤗🌟🐆

It's very muddy round here as well but it was like Spring today. We tend to miss all the bad weather as well, just get the south westerly gales.

It's incredible really I walk down the road from my house and I've got the beach, walk uphill and I have the fields, so fortunate.👍🙏🌈🚶♀️🏞
