Good morning Everyone, Hope you have a great day ahead! ❤️🌞🙏
Part of my daily spiritual practice is smoke cleansing to clear my ritual space before meditating and bedtime. Smoke cleansing is associated with the elements of both Fire and especially Air as an Aquarian, I feel very drawn to 🙃 There are so many methods of smoke cleansing out there such as burning stick, cone and powdered incense, bundles of herbs... as I included picture of different type of sage for your curiosity 🤗 It also lifts up my mood and help me calm and inspired.
I love to have my paolo santos stick resting in abalone shell bowl and let the smoke lingering in the background during my meditation. It creates a sacred space for me to be with oneself. Happy Saging!🧘🏻♀️🕉🙏xxx

Oh very nice. Interesting I never tried outdoors since there’s a lot of nose and distraction where I’m at 😅
You’re so convinced 😸 I should make an effort to do so 🤗 Although I do have a spot part of my hiking trail, which is burned down by the Fire 😂 (Monrovia Mountain literally 10 mins from my house and just drive up the mountain for another 45 mins)
I’m thinking relocating right now. City stresses me out 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I need green, I need space, I need nature 😂😂😂😂 with my little Sonya Ofcourse 🤗
I suffer with bronchiectasis, a lung disease so unfortunately smoke can play havoc with my lungs. I used to love having incense burners and other similar things but realised it was causing me problems.I'm glad you don't have the same problem and it helps.
You brought up great point to be cautious about the smokes in long term. I will be very mindful about it 🤗. Have great rest of the day and stay warm n safe 😻xox
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I have just been on line to see what I could find out about these burners. I'm glad I did as they sound great. I will be using my Christmas present money to treat myself to one after Christmas.Wishing you as best a Christmas as possible and may the new year brings you health and happiness.
Me too RR, COPD. I used to burn them too but can't any longer or use smudging sticks for cleansing. We've had to do away with our multi fuel stove in favour of oil boiler for the same reason although we still have a small multi fuel in our living room for the dire cold weather but it has to be lit for quite some time (until all the outside coal has burned away) before I can tolerate it.
That is amazing to be an herbalist. I always wonder where can people go to get license for herbals, holistic supplements....Frankincense and myrrh they make into burning oil for room scent that smell amazingggggg. Yes it is so popular now that they capitalize that and mixed up between Saging and Smudging. People really need to stop watching Social Media and need to adopt a better understanding this sacred practice.
You’re so very welcomed 🤗🙏
Lol Yes Sonya is my cat 🤣🤣🤣
That's a fantastic way to meditate, the smell of herbs is beautiful and actually relaxing. What an excellent thing to do, I'd never heard of it before. Alicia xxx🌈🙏🌹

Thank you, I certainly will and I'll flag this message on my emails as a reminder.
Hi goldieoldie, I would say start where you meditate. If it is for the purpose of house cleansing, start at your front door. You need any non-inflammable bowl, mine I got from Amazon. Best Wishes xxx
