I got out in the beautiful weather powerwalking, certainly is good for the soul. Felt I needed to get out today, can't miss an opportunity like this, especially in the Winter.
We certainly had some frost this morning, you can see the frost in the second photo on the left hand side.
I walked 26,582 steps.

Thank you Sue and it really was a beautiful day. It was very crisp to start and took me longer to get really warm but I did end up with a short sleeved t shirt on, who would have thought this time of year. 🌞
