so beautiful I miss doing exercise I want to run to help with my asthma but I get winded out
I understand exactly how you feel DJ. I enjoyed a lovely 3 mile walk this morning then planted out some plants this afternoon. Such a beautiful day makes you glad to be alive.
Today has been a perfect autumn day, and a great one to be out of doors!

How many miles can you run without getting out of breath? I can only do half a mile my gym teacher forces me to run I once ran a mile nearly fainted 9 minutes was how long it took to do it i was shaking like crazy I am so thankful I don’t have to do gym anymore
