Hi Roukaya, Sorry you're feeling low again. Keep trying for that work experience as it will help to keep you occupied and your spirits up. And the harder the search, the more likely the success at finding something.
Meantime, why not see if you can find yourself some kind of little treat each day to give you something to look forward?

I will restart swimming today and I will look into day trips or a take a few days away in UK
I used to run a business but sold the property business and I expect I miss not having a purpose
I realise it is necessary to pass these exams and find a years work experience before I could even consider setting up a small practice in similar lines to Age U.K.
The results will be out in two weeks and in any event if I could find a suitable work experience placement this would help me to pass and acquire the licence

Yes, thank you, I'm well. That sounds good Roukaya. Don't discount the possibility that you are a bit anxious too, now that your results are just around the corner. So that's another reason to go looking for some little positives to occupy yourself. Good luck with your results.
