Neurogenic bladder

I find this to be one of the most challenging things to deal with and wondered whether others had experienced this and how you have managed.

If my GP thinks he can put me on 12 weekly injections then he seriously is taking the urine.

Try keeping a diary that can help. Next step is to request a urodynamics. Ask for a referral to a urologist.

Thank you - I do keep a diary of all symptoms.

I suffer with chronic urinary retention and have no bladder function due to nerve damage in my spine. I have to self catheterize 4 times a day. If I thought 12 weekly injections would cure it I'd jump at the opportunity, it's no fun sticking a 14" tube up my willy 4 times a day.
