Very sad you feel soo low, however remember you take yourself with you wherever you may go.!!! So maybe the answer is to find diversions close to home, phone a friend or one of the many organisations wishing to help and stay in the now thoughtwise and enjoy what you have rather than what you perceive to be freedom. Keep in touch and let us know how you get on.
Warmest wishes, Iside X
Beautiful picture! Yes, indeed, can you imagine soaring high above the world looking down ……. xx
The clouds look soft and welcoming, I’m lying on my back, floating along, no gravity. Thank you for posting this Dj1962.
It was..
That's quite beautiful, thanks. x
Flying is great fun - I can recommend it... shame about breaking that glider on the Cairngormes.
Inspiring picture. 👍
Amazing, but looks cold, with the snow below on the rocks. I don't do cold, BRRRRR!
Cheers Midori
Hi Midori..
It was indeed cold.. but well worth the 5 hour climb to the summit..Take care Dj1962
A few. I went to Wales with my school Outward Bound Club, (in the winter of 63). Snowdrifts like you'd not imagine, the worst winter for many years. I was the only girl.
Great fun though, there were other girls there at Plas Y Brenin. I spent my 15th birthday there.
Map reading, orienteering, hillwalking, Climbing Tryfan, abseiling, camping out! (that was interesting) the boys went out with tents, the girls got a bothy. On the Friday, we managed to get some skiing in.
I've climbed since, until my knees started protesting, and thoroughly enjoyed it, but nothing really touched that week in Wales!
Cheers, Midori
Brilliant photo! Years ago flew to Germany! Sky was cloudy! But boy, above the clouds the sun is always shinning! Think need to dig that picture out! Hopefully I still have it! 🌤️
Hi..in 2018 I climbed Gran Paradiso the tallest mountain wholly in Italy (4062 meters)...the picture was taken from the summit..😊
Oh wow, you must have been fit then DJ! I am a bit scared now of heights but it depends! I couldn't do that for sure climbing like you! I be scared stiff, knees shaking and crying, "get me out of here please"! But love the mountain scenery, Creation is amazing!
Well Mountain Gran Paradiso you are beautiful 🥰
