How lovely, I love mushrooms, they do not grow in my yard, only toadstools!?? But I buy them at the grocery store and eat them often. Have a lovely bunch of soups, or stir fry them, they are good for us, contain selenium. Sending love n hugs......

Wow they appeared overnight the size of a dinner plate. 
I have a factory close to me where a local woman's business grows mushrooms. I think she will never have to worry about a light electric bill . This woman started making them in her apartment under her bed's, and inside of her closets, and was giving them to friends. Those friends gave some to their friends that had restaurants. The restaurant owner's couldn't get enough. This woman is now a millionaire . If anyone is looking to lose weight mushrooms have zero (0) calories. I love Portabello mushrooms that taste like steak. Just close your eyes, and taste it.
Wow! Very impressive. Make a healthy pizza recipe by using a large mushroom base with olive oil, sliced tomatoes, mixed herbs, olives and mozzarella cheese. Pop in hot oven.
