Yes Oldham thank you, you can have an early night tonight !. When you say you haven't been good today, I hope you mean about quizzes, if not, Please take it easy and I hope you feel better tomorrow. Xx
I have felt rubbish today tbh but hey ho I will keep smiling π. As for the quiz, it's the first time I looked at it tonight which is so unlike me!! An hour or less sleep is rubbish and exhaustion catches up with me in the end.
You stay safe too Lynne, and I absolutely love people that can smile through adversity. A smile believe it or not, can cure sooo many symptoms that drugs cant . ! β₯οΈxx
It really annoys me when people just don't listen. We have all seen what this virus can do. If everyone would do the right thing we would get back to normality much sooner xxxx
Thatβs right. I went outside for the first time yesterday afternoon for an eye doctor appointment. I like to say that everyone had used their own masks in the office. I hope the same happens when I have to go to my appointment with a new dentist on the 17th.
Yes, please do. I must say any appointments I've had have been brilliant! I had to go to the dentist a few weeks ago because a cap had come off my front tooth. They took my temperature and asked questions before I was allowed in, masks were in place. the nurse pressed the hand gel for me , opened every door going in and coming out. In the dentist's room every precaution had been taken. My drs surgery has been brilliant. Telephone consultation first and they ask you to come round if need be . Everything is spot on. Hospital appointments have been the same. Very impressed.
Hi Lynne, we are still in the lockdown restrictions until further notice Boris said and Preston joined us yesterday so it's starting to get about Oldham could be next to join us but remember you are allowed to meet up with your family and friends in the pub and leave on your own. π± Clive X π€

Hi
Rochdale are under restrictions as are Oldham , Middleton and Heywood. I'm in Castleton Rochdale Because I've been shielding since March I didn't think I was allowed to meet up with anyone .
Yes, check daily and when you're not feeling right (low/high/sick/have an infection). You can also get a notebook and write down each number before and after each meal when you test and then put the dose of insulin in the same book. How many carbs. do you have for each meal/snack? Is the doctor having you on a low carb high fat or low fat high protein diet?
Yes, 138 is good. Keep up the good work with the numbers. I have to go next month for my A1c and see if it has gone down since the last one I had. It seems to have the result always staying in the 9.something range even when I know it should have gone done.
I don't smoke or drink alcohol I drink water or green tea all day sometimes a milky coffee
today I walk ed about a mile and had a salad with roasted chick peas made me laugh Β£12.45 for roasted pumpkin salad and poured a small pack of roasted chick peas all over it I have a very small appetite brought it home for another meal
