I made Mediterranean Olive bread, several times, during this forced seclusion time! It is good! I’ll have to try it with sun-dried tomatoes!

No, that's cheating!!! I was kneading by hand for 10 minutes during lockdown but suddenly my dough hook arrived for my 1960's Kenwood, so easier now. I also should only eat white bread so make white for me, slice it for the freezer and eat 1.5 slices per week with eggs. Multiseeded is for OH the spoilt boy 😂🤣
That looks super, I love bread like that, it looks so tasty. I can only eat plain old white bread as I have gastroparesis but I can still drool over lovely bread and dream. Enjoy x
