That does look good! And how funny, because less than 3 hours ago I was thinking that I need to look out a recipe for banana bread. Mr Tesco unexpectedly delivered me 3 x 6 packs of ripe bananas this morning!

100g unsalted butter 175g caster sugar creamed with butter, 2 eggs 1tsp vanilla extract or essence , 100g self raising flour, 2 table spoons of milk 4 banana over ripe , bake for 1 hour
