I love robins! In the winter, especially in the snow, they are soo beautiful with their red chests. Both them and Cardinals I think are stunning.

Good morning! I was excited to find another bird lover on our forum. But I was really confused by your picture... What the heck? That's not a robin.

But I googled UK robin, and sho 'nuff! Wow!

I've included an Audubon link to an American Robin so you can see my friend who frequently builds his nest in my garage. (And attacks me if I peak at the babies.)

I love robins. I like the story of the fire and how they got their red breast. Great photo!

How absolutely beautiful Dallo100. It's such a clear and pretty picture and I wonder if you would five me permission to download and use for one or two of my home made Christmas cards this year?

Your robins are so different from our robins in the USA. It’s a very pretty bird. Does it have a nice song.

Yes they have a lovely song as most birds of the Thrush family do. They are not only the gardener's friends but they are also a fisherman's friend. They are cheeky birds they love stealing your maggots when fishing

That is an interesting robin. Where are you? You might have told me already, if so I forgot.

Ours in Northern California are different.
