This is what I had for dinner tonight. These are two corn cakes with refried beans, salsa and Colby Jack cheese. You can microwave the corn cakes so that everything is warmed up and/or melted together. I also had a mango Greek yogurt on the side. Everything was very good and filling. I enjoyed it. The total carbs. for the entire meal was 45.

It looks nice. I have never had a corn cake. I buy rice crackers but I saw a pack of corn cakes next to the rice cracker, low in calories like the rice cakes, so I bought a pack but I've not tried them yet. ππΈπ·
I've just got the packet here, it say's, golden sun ripened corn thins. 23 calories per slice. Gluten free. Non GMO. I've just tried two with a smear of hummus on. Simple but delicious. Now I know I like them, they will be a regular. xx
