Hi all
It's my birthday today and I couldn't resist going out so I had a lovely jog and powerwalk and the route I took today was through my local woods, my favourite place. The bluebells were awesome and I honestly don't think the photos do them justice.

I'm pleased with the 20,073 steps.

Jogging through the woods was beautiful, Pheasants being a normal sight but can I ever catch them for a photo, hmm no😉
Bluebells are beautiful, I love the woods at this time of year.
Hmm, I'm eating a little chocolate at the mo, mind you I did have 2 little quinoa cakes, homemade of course, with some quinoa and a pile of veg.
