How beautiful. I've never visited the Scilly Isles, but one of my sisters, who has, said it's lovely. What a really pleasant memory, to think back to your time there. 😊

Reminds me of the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Isle of Iona, on the west coast of Mull, in the scottish Western Isles! 😀

I think the Isles of Scilly are the most beautiful place on the planet.
I have been to many places abroad but nowhere matches up.
I first visited in 1962 and have returned scores of times at all times of the year.
My grown up son agrees with me, and the place has inspired him to produce many lovely paintings.
I went there years & years ago - I remember going on the boat -the sea was a tad choppy -there werent many people on it either
