I had to go to the hospital for bronchitis on March 10th they gave me an inhaler biotics and steroids it'clear it up so I've been going out for walks but then I think damn if I get this again I don't want to go to the hospital so maybe I'm thinking about wearing a mask when I go out just taking a night walk I don't know about your neighborhood but everyone in their brother is out thereI've never seen so many people in this neighborhood in my life
Bronchitis and Bronchiectasis are two totally different conditions. Although their names are similar.
Really does depend on where you live, city, country, I would walk for your health, gotta keep those lungs working but then again if the world and his wife is doing the same, not good. You could change your day around and go out late at night when there is no one about, maybe, I am very much a night owl
i have it too and am classed as vulnerable and should stay at home, but would anyway even if they dindt advise that, am ultra cautious, anyway mine is so bad i cant go for a walk and have to be on a mobility scooter
I also have Bronchiectasis, but I'm also immunosuppressed so I have to stay home for 12 weeks. I think it depends on how severe your Bronchiectasis is.
My sister has but has been for a walk twice now. Just avoid people and wash hands when return
