I went to check on my electricity smart metre a few minor issue's. I come a cross this and it brought me a bit of happiness knowing that animals are doing alright in this crisis we are currently facing. It brought me happiness to see this baby pigeon and I thought I would share it. Picture was captured yesterday approximately 6:00pm

TREES ARE NOT THE ANSWER!
I can't go near tree's as tree's set me off as I have hayfever
Sadly, animals ARE being affected. Saw on news yesterday that a tiger died of Coronavirus in a zoo in USA. It is thought she caught it from a keeper who didn't have any symptoms. 😢
Could have been raw meat that had COVID-19 in it. But unfortunately we will never know how the poor tiger got it. But maybe they can do something to help with this virus if it is doing species' jump again
Hi Kamilla22,
Thanks for sharing that. One cheering thing to come out of this whole mess is that animals are thriving nicely! I love to see those clips of goats and sheep wandering around towns, having claimed the streets for their own, looking to see how the human side of the world works and finding greenery they haven't had access to before. And dolphins swimming where once enormous cruise ships docked in Venice. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we learned to share our world with all creatures a little more kindly when we emerge from this?
I think we will and something about animals seem to have a calming feeling and know how to make humans feel better if they are wild or thier owners better. So I decided to share a bit of happiness. My heart goes out to the Boris Johnson who is in ICU, all the people and their loved ones who are fighting this virus. My prayers also goes out to the medical field who are working to get a cure or a vaccination for it.
