I remember the Murraymints advert like it was only yesterday. In those days the jingles on the ads were really catchy and memorable.
One that I remember was for Milk Tray and it was before the ones with the Milk Tray Man. It went something like this; "Make the day, make the day with Cadbury's Milk Tray, hey hey, with Cadbury's Milk Tray."
Another one I remember well was for Shell petrol which went; "I'm going well, I'm going Shell, you can rely of Shell Shell Shell, Britain is great, let's see it in state, you can rely on Shell. I'm going well, I'm going Shell, you can rely on Shell."
It is really funny to be able to remember old adverts from possibly as long ago as the 1950's and remember all the words of them.
