No you're definitely not the only one. How long have you been feeling this way? How old is your little one?

Thanks, Nat

Hi there

I think most relationships ate affected by pni. It's hard for partners to understand what ur feeling . Additionally if ur up and down its hard for you to know what u want.

Have u spoken to ur partner about how ur feeling? It might help him understand what ur going thrux

Have you seem your doctor or health visitor? With help you recovery will be much quicker.

Monica
