Book about PMR

I remember someone posting something like a book with illustrations about PMR, but I’ve not been able to find it again. I thought I had it saved somewhere. Can anyone help me find it?

Something tells me it was produced by an American Occupational Therapist - but I could be wrong! Does this help to ring a bell with someone?

That’s it! Thank you, and PMRpro, and I’m going to save it on my phone in several places. I may even print it and put it on my coffee table (maybe some of my family will read it and sympathize with me)😉
