Stopping Actemera

I broke three ribs months ago, had complications so I had been off Actemera for over two months with no affects. Last month I went for my first infusion after the accident. After meeting with my Rhumy yesterday, it was decided to not continue on the Actemera and see what happens. I am currently down to 3 1/2 mg of prednisone. I do have GCA but have been okay. Wish me luck on staying off of Actemera and slowly reducing my prednisone. Have a good day everyone.

I have been off Tocilizumab for over 2 years (UK rationing!) and am currently on 3mg pred.

Good luck! 🍀
